🆕After nearly four years, Shell announced an agreement to acquire Volta, another charging network company. In the first half of 2023, the acquisition process, which is valued at 169 billion dollars, is expected to be completed.

Volta, a company based in the United States, offers charging services to its users, as well as an advertising economy through the structure of its stations.
